History of AAR Tech

AAR Tech. Ltd., is a full breadth technology firm, founded over 17 years ago. Our motto is “Management and technology that makes your organization exceptional”. Our Company utilizes technology to transform both private and public sector entities into exceptionally run organizations. Our specialties include developing technology infrastructure, proprietary software management tools, and installation of hardware and life cycle management. We bring together highly skilled teams that use innovative methods and technology to achieve what others deem impossible. Our IT Services can help manage your institution in the most efficient manner, including supplying some of the most qualified individuals to fulfill your outsourcing needs. Recently, AAR Tech. Ltd. has expanded our technical services. We now also provide consulting expertise in the area of telecommunications with emphasis on program and project management and network system engineering, spanning across various platforms and architectures.

Arabel Alva Rosales, J.D. President & CEO

Arabel Alva Rosales is an entrepreneur that has been described in Chicago Magazine as a “Renaissance Woman” because of her ability to discuss concerns on Wall Street, global issues, and what is happening in our communities. She is the President and CEO of AAR Tech, with over 17 years as a successful Management and Technology Firm. In addition, she serves on multiple boards, including the CTA Board of Directors as Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation. She also serves on the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Business Development Center, and the City Club of Chicago boards.

She is also the Founder of RUNWAY LATINx (RLx) after over thirteen years of experience as the Co-Founder of Latino Fashion Week. RLx is a platform that, during three days, local and international designers on the runway, and gives all those in the fashion and opportunity to express their creativity and expand their market - without limits. She is also the proud Founder of Pivoting in Heels, NFP (PIH). PIH is a  Digital Non-for-Profit focused on empowering women by sharing stories as a way for women to learn from each other.
